- Understanding and Solving complex business problems utilizing Data Science solutions in a rapidly changing environment, adapting new technologies and practices (machine learning / GenAI)
- Leading data science solution development and deployment to deliver projects across functions
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand data, IT, and business constraints for implementing and deploying scalable solutions
- Promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange
- Checking latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply cutting-edge techniques to improve model performance and scalability
this makes you so special to us:
- Master´s degree oder PhD in Computer Science, Data Sience or a related field such as natural sciences
- Relevant experience in data science, with expertise in GenAI, espacially LLM, and Agentic AI
- Laboratory Notebook Informatics experience is beneficial
- strong proficiency in programming languages for data science like Python, ML libraries / frameworks and GenAI technologies (e.g. LLMs, Vector Database, Document extraction, Agent Communication Protocols, GANs, VAEs, or Diffusion Models)
- Analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
