Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable technical field
Experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level IT support
Knowledge of system and service processes within an IT organization (ITIL)
Independent and responsible working style
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Very good English skills
