Analyse von Daten und Störungen sowie der Nachverfolgung und dem Eskalationsmanagement
Durchführung von systematische Analysen von aufgetretenen Fehlern und Kommunikation von Störungen
Optimierung der Systemlandschaft mit dem Ziel der zukünftigen Problemvermeidung
Beitrag zur automatisierten Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards durch fundierte Datenanalysen

Das macht Sie für uns besonders

Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung im Bereich 2nd Level Support und der Analyse von Störungen
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden sowie Grundkenntnisse in API und Cloudcomputing
Kenntnisse in Monitoring Tools wie Grafana oder Kibana sowie in Schnittstellentools wie Postman
Kenntnisse in Git, Jira, GitHub, Swagger, Bash und Rest-APIs
Grundkenntnisse in Java oder Python sind von Vorteil
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität

Please be aware that German is the working language in our project and good German language skills (level B2+) are a prerequisite for this position.
