- fachliche Führung eines Teams
- Koordination und projektübergreifende Planung sowie die Steuerung der Testaktivitäten
- Erstellung von Teststrategien für das Testen von automotiven Steuergeräten und das Risikomanagement
- Abstimmung, Erstellung und Pflege von Testplänen und Testrequests für Software- und Systemtests
- Erstellung und Review von Testspezifikationen für Integrations-, System und EOL-Tests sowie die Erstellung von Testreports und Berichten
- Erstellung der Freigabedokumente für interne und externe Kunden
Das macht Sie für uns besonders
- Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- sehr gute Erfahrung im Testen von automotiven Steuergeräten für OEMs
- Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit den Entwicklungswerkzeugen CANoe und vTeststudio
- praktische Erfahrung im AUTOSAR Entwicklungsumfeld und Prozessen in Automotive SPICE
- gute Kenntnisse in der ISO 26262 sowie Kenntnisse in automotiven Bussystemen (CAN, Ethernet, LIN)
- Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
