Account Manager - Bauchemie (m/w/d)

- Internationaler Vertrieb und technische Beratung von bauchemischen Produkten
- Akquisition von neuen Kunden mit dem Ziel, langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen
- Mitgestaltung, Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Vertriebsziele
- Vorbereiten und Führen von Akquisitions-, Auftrags-, Abschluss- und Preisgesprächen, sowie technische Betreuung des Kunden in der Akquisitionsphase
- Mitarbeit bei der Prozessentwicklung sowie Prozessoptimierung von Reaktionsharzen auf Basis von Methylmethacrylat-, Polyurethan- und Epoxidharz

- Chemietechniker mit erster Berufserfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an bauchemischen Produkten
- Spaß am Vertrieb
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung als Führungskraft
- Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%)
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Please be aware that German is the working language in our project and good German language skills (level B2+) are a prerequisite for this position.
