- telefonische Akquise von Engineering Projekten sowie Kundenterminen vor Ort
- nachhaltiger Aufbau von Kundenkontakten und Erweiterung des Vertriebsnetzwerks im Großraum Mannheim und Karlsruhe
- regelmäßige Besuche Ihrer Auftraggeber und aktive Betreuung der Geschäftspartner
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting zur Besetzung von Kundenanfragen
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Verhandlung von Kundenverträgen, Planung und Überwachung der Projektbudgets zur Steigerung der eigenen Tantieme
- Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Projektteams aus Ingenieuren
Das macht Sie für uns besonders
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- erste Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich der Ingenieurdienstleistungen von Vorteil
- unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Erfolgsorientierung und Kreativität im Hinblick auf Vertrieb und Recruiting
- starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
