Teamleiter Arzneimittellösungen (m/w/d)
Das können Sie bei uns bewegen
- Überwachen und Koordinieren der Herstellung von sterilen Arzneimittellösungen in der Pharmaproduktion
- Abweichungen und Störungen in der Herstellung beurteilen und geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen einleiten
- fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter inkl. Arbeits- und Urlaubsplanung
- benötigtes Material planen und bestellen
- Dokumentation des Herstellungsprozesses gemäß der GMP-Vorgaben sicherstellen
- physikalischen Reinraumbedingungen auswerten und überwachen
Das macht Sie für uns besonders
- Beruf im Pharmabereich bspw. als PTA oder Industriemeister Pharmazie mit Berufserfahrung, alternativ abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Fachrichtung Pharmazie
- gute PC- und MS-Office Kenntnisse
- hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz zur fachlichen Führung eines Produktionsteams
- Organisationsfähigkeit zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit in 2-Schicht
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
