- Verantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Konstruktion/Entwicklung und QM/RA
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesse sowie die Erarbeitung von Standardisierungs- und Normierungsprozessen
- Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung von funktions- und kostenoptimierten Konstruktionslösungen unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb, Produktion und Einkauf
- Sicherstellung einer nach DIN EN ISO 13485 & FDA QSR 820 konformen Dokumentation und Arbeitsweise
- Planung und Koordination interner und externer Audits
Das macht Sie für uns besonders
- Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Konstruktion/Entwicklung und QM/RA eines Medizintechnikunternehmens zwingend erforderlich
- fundierter Umgang mit Solid-CAM/Solid-Works unbedingt notwendig
- umfassendes Wissen aus dem regulatorischen Umfeld der Medizintechnik ISO13485, MDD/MDR, FDA, Produktzulassung
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
