- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Lean-Strategie und der Produktionsstandards
- selbstständige Analyse, Beschreibung und Bewertung der Prozesse und Abläufe in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette sowie in administrativen Bereichen
- Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- ergebnisorienterte Planung und Leitung der Lean-Workshops
- Beratung und Schulung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung der Lean-Philosophie
- Planung und Umsetzung neuer Projekte im Bereich Change Management
Das macht Sie für uns besonders
- Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung mit dem Schwerpunkt Lean Management
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung von Lean in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Lean Management
- Kommunikationsstärke und hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie Kreativität und Flexibilität
- Kompetenz als Moderator und sicheres Auftreten
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
