Das können Sie bei uns bewegen
- fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Elektronikentwicklung
- Betreuung von entwicklungsbegleitenden Prüfungen wie beispielsweise EMV und Klima
- Verantwortung und eigenständige Elektronikentwicklung für unsere Drucksensoren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Qualität und Produktmanagement
- Optimierung bestehender Entwicklungsmethoden und Vertretung der Elektronik-Aspekte in den Entwicklungsabteilungen
- Einhaltung geltender Richtlinien wie unter anderem CE , E1 oder ATEX
- abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmung sowohl intern als auch extern
Das macht Sie für uns besonders
- Studium im Bereich Elektronik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und im Bereich Elektronik-Entwicklung notwendig
- ausgereifte Kenntnisse in der Schaltungstechnik und Messtechnik mit besonderem Fokus auf analoge Elektronik
- Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse
- idealerweise Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von agilen Methoden
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
