Unterstützung der Fachbereiche; bei Leistungs- und Verhaltensproblemen Einzelgespräche führen, Ergebnisse dokumentieren und Abhilfemaßnahmen vorschlagen, abstimmen; arbeitsrechtliche Schritte vorbereiten und umsetzen
Betreuung, Information und Beratung der Mitarbeiter (z. B. Betriebsrente, Vorsorgesysteme)

Das macht Sie für uns besonders

abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen
gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Betriebsverfassungs- und Tarifrecht
sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint und Access)
gute SAP-Kenntnisse (insbesondere HR, Success Factors)
sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz

Please be aware that German is the working language in our project and good German language skills (level B2+) are a prerequisite for this position.
