As an applicant, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (1) (a), Art. 7 in connection with Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR, I hereby grant to

my consent to the use of my applicant data for the purpose of facilitating the job placement and/or temporary employment and/or to the storage of my applicant data in a pool for subsequent job placements to the extent described below.
Our Company also intends to transfer your personal data to the extent described below to carefully selected contractual partners (external companies) for the purpose of facilitating job placements and/or temporary employment. The following data concerning you will be transmitted to the external companies:
In the case of a job placement: all personal data that you have sent to our Company as part of your application. If the placement takes place at a later date, additional data concerning your employment history at our Company will be transmitted.
In the case of temporary employment: your surname, first name, address, nationality and, if applicable, information regarding your work permit, data relating to your previous employment, knowledge and qualifications together with supporting documents.
Within the scope of a job placement, the data is transmitted for the purpose of facilitating the establishment of an employment relationship between you and the external company, especially in cases where no suitable job is available for you in our Company, however your job application might be of interest to an external company. Within the scope of temporary employment, the data is transmitted for the purpose of facilitating your employment as a temporary worker at external companies. We consider the transmission of your personal data to be necessary in each case, since the external company requires said data in order to evaluate your personal profile and qualifications – and in order to decide whether or not to establish an employment relationship with you (job placement) or to employ you on a temporary basis (temporary employment).
In addition, even if your application is successful, our Company intends to store your personal data in a pool to facilitate subsequent job placements for a period of four years from receipt of your application. In other words, we store your data for the purpose of placing you with an external company at a later point in time (and also if an employment relationship exists between you and us); and in particular if the external company communicates an interest to us in establishing an employment relationship with you directly.
In any of the aforementioned cases, your consent must be granted on a voluntary basis. The provision of the aforementioned data is not required by law or a contract; however, it is necessary for the purposes of arranging a job placement and/or temporary employment. You are entitled to withhold your consent without giving reasons and without fear of being disadvantaged. Likewise, once granted, any consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The data concerned will then either no longer be transferred to third companies or will be deleted from our pool (subject to our deletion deadlines). The revocation of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data that has already occurred on the basis of your consent and prior to its revocation. If your consent is not granted or is revoked, this may render the intended contractual performance impossible, either partially or in its entirety. Any consent can be informally revoked vis-à-vis our Company.

You have a right of access, of rectification of inaccurate data, of erasure, of restriction of processing and of transferability of personal data concerning you. You also have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data is in violation of the GDPR.

If my application contains a photograph and thus references to my ethnicity, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, head covering, glasses, contact lenses), the aforementioned consent also refers to this information.
