- Office Management Clerk (m/f/n)
You will organise, coordinate and carry out office management and organisational tasks, such as correspondence with employees and customers, scheduling, invoicing and auditing. You will also be responsible for commercial activities in areas such as order processing, accounting, quality management, marketing, applicant management and human resources.
To apply for this apprenticeship at ep you must have a high school diploma (Abitur), a technical college diploma (Fachhochschulreife), a middle school diploma or a comparable qualification. You must also have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and be interested in commercial topics. You must enjoy communicating with people and working in a team. You must be reliable, conscientious and enjoy working independently. In addition, you must have sound German and English language skills.
- Human Resources Services Clerk (m/f/n)
Your area of responsibility ranges from personnel recruitment to personnel deployment. You will be responsible for recruitment and will take on various tasks in applicant management. You will also take part in job interviews. On the sales side, you will be involved in the acquisition of sales orders, costings and the preparation of quotations, as well as customer service. You will support our sales department with the management and control of project and order processing, and will also work with your colleagues to coordinate personnel assignments.
To apply for this apprenticeship at ep you must have a high school diploma (Abitur), a technical college diploma (Fachhochschulreife), a middle school diploma or a comparable qualification. You must also enjoy making new contacts and working with other people, have an interest in business contexts and enjoy structured work. Some basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable. Above all, however, you must be highly self-motivated and ambitious.

I am completing my training as an office management assistant at the ep headquarters. I pass through various departments. I was given a timetable and list of contents at the beginning of my training. I can see therefore see at a glance how long I will spend in the posts of the individual departments. As a trainee, my sense of duty is required, which I can demonstrate and underline with the aid of varied projects. My area of responsibility is multi-faceted and helps me to confront my strengths and weaknesses. With the ep team and the interfaces to all departments, I can become a special member of the team and improve my skills with the support of my colleagues.

During my training as an office management clerk at ep's head office, I got insights into all areas of the company. In each department I was assigned projects that I could work on independently, but if I had questions or problems I could always count on the support of my colleagues. What I particularly liked about ep is that I was given many varied tasks which gradually became an integral part of my daily work. As a trainee you will be integrated into the ep team from the very beginning. The sense of togetherness is enhanced and developed thanks to the numerous company events. Now I work as an assistant in the sales department of the Ulm branch office.
