Your mentors in our team

People you can trust as equal partners

The ep mentors form a cross-location network – they are your confidants, your equals and your colleagues. New ep employees will be contacted by the mentor located closest to them. 

Our mentors... 

  • serve as a point of contact and support their colleagues during onboarding  
  • see themselves as confidants when it comes to ep and your daily work, without being supervisors 
  • understand our project work and therefore the experience of working in two professional teams 
  • initiate after-works activities, help you find your feet at ep events and sometimes even meet you for a chat after work

Sharing positive experiences

Starting a new job and dealing with many new things and questions can be overwhelming.

I am an ep mentor because I like to support other people with trust and respect, share my experience with new colleagues and am always ready to listen. I have lived in many countries, had the opportunity to get to know different cultures and values and am therefore an understanding and neutral contact person for colleagues from all over the world.

Team spirit saves our future

I am a mentor because at ep we are all “sitting in the same boat” and actually every employee is a kind of mentor.

This cohesion makes ep what it is today and will secure our future. We pass on our experience, are a trusted contact partner outside of the hierarchy and sometimes simply just have a sympathetic ear - that is what distinguishes us sponsors. On this basis, new employees can quickly get started in successful project management and operational processes. This is the special spirit of ep, which I am pleased to pass on.

Play a supportive role

We all started out once and that is where the ep mentor programme can help.

I was given a great welcome as a new colleague and was perfectly integrated into the existing team right from the start. Exchanges with colleagues, tips from the ep mentors at after-work events and the uncomplicated communication with colleagues in the branch office really helped. Now I would like to provide my support as an ep sponsor and help new colleagues. As I am now already one of the older hands at ep, I can definitely pass on quite a lot of my experience to you. Of course, I would also like to know what drives you and what experiences you have with your clients. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
