I launched the company in 2003 – today we are one of the leading engineering service providers in the field of engineering and IT. ep is more than a company – it is a vision in which people, ideas and technology come together and become one. Otherwise known as: engineering people!
Our ethos is based on motivated and efficient employees – currently, more than 500 specialists from the fields of engineering, IT, sales and personnel already represent the company. We have opened 14 branches with 16 locations since 2004. In the spirit of "ep. empowering people" all ep staff take responsibility for our success and drive the company forward through their individual contributions – hand in hand with their own personal and professional development.

In order to constantly improve our processes, we survey our applicants at regular intervals regarding their experiences in the application process at ep. Here it is important for us to make our application process as simple, fast and transparent as possible. Every year, the Candidate Experience Award recognises the companies that have received the highest positive ratings from applicants in the benchmark study.
The award once again received by ep shows that we are on the right track and is at the same time an incentive to continue optimising our processes. Our focus here is on providing an all-round positive experience throughout the application process.

Authenticity, a willingness to critically review our own qualities as an employer and a belief in treating others as equals – whether they are our own staff or potential applicants – these are the defining qualities of ep as a company.
