I launched the company in 2003 – today we are one of the leading engineering service providers in the field of engineering and IT. ep is more than a company – it is a vision in which people, ideas and technology come together and become one. Otherwise known as: engineering people! 

Our ethos is based on motivated and efficient employees – currently, more than 500 specialists from the fields of engineering, IT, sales and personnel already represent the company. We have opened 14 branches with 16 locations since 2004. In the spirit of "ep. empowering people" all ep staff take responsibility for our success and drive the company forward through their individual contributions – hand in hand with their own personal and professional development.

Donations

ep is committed to supporting the Lebenshilfe Donau-Iller association. The annual highlight of our partnership is the participation of the joint ep Lebenshilfe team in the Einstein Marathon in Ulm. The special T-shirts worn by all participants create a strong sense of togetherness and have been keenly collected by many Lebenshilfe runners for years. Supporting the children and youth hospice service Ulm with a donation of EUR 15,000 was a matter very close to the hearts of everyone at ep. Lebenshilfe Donau-Iller specialises in providing help and care for the family and friends of terminally ill children and parents – as a source of support and advice, and as an anchor point and point of contact.

The Candidate Experience Award

For the fourth time, engineering people GmbH was honoured with the Candidate Experience Award.

And for good reason! To help us continuously improve, we interview all applicants annually about their experiences during our recruitment process. We want to ensure that our application process is fair, easy and fast for all applicants. We strive to guarantee transparent communication and ensure constant availability of the respective contacts. In addition, our applicants are informed about the next steps during each phase of the process. This feedback culture is very important to us.  

The fact that we have succeeded in winning this award multiple times is both an honour and an incentive for our company. Our focus is on ensuring that all applicants feel comfortable throughout the recruitment process.  

The Candidate Experience Award is presented by the non-profit organisation Talent Board. Talent Board specialises in benchmark studies on the topic of candidates' experiences when applying for jobs. 

Kununu Top Company

The application platform kununu has honoured engineering people GmbH as a "Top Company". This distinction is only awarded to a select group consisting of just 4.8% of all companies rated on kununu.

Authenticity, a willingness to critically review our own qualities as an employer and a belief in treating others as equals – whether they are our own staff or potential applicants – these are the defining qualities of ep as a company. 

For this reason, we encourage our applicants and employees to submit their votes anonymously on the online portal kununu every day. To date, we have been awarded very good ratings that are well above average.  

Kununu Open Company

We were also deeply honoured to receive a second seal of approval from the kununu application platform – as an "Open Company".

Just under 1% of the companies on kununu stand out from the competition in this way and draw attention to their qualities as highly proactive employers.
