Support across national borders – that is ep.
Together with ep I managed to get my "Blue Card" work and residence permit for my work here in Germany. As a citizen of a non-EU country, the route to working for ep seemed to be a long one at first. But thanks to great support from my ep contacts, who put me in touch with the foreigners' registration office, this was yet another hurdle that we mastered together. I'm now part of ep and I really appreciate the togetherness, especially during joint events like the Christmas party or after-works activities. In addition, ep enables me to take part in individual training activities and – most recently – to complete the ISTQB certification. Furthermore, I have already taken part in a German course, which has helped me to develop both professionally and privately. I want to thank the team in Ulm for their proactive help and for giving me all these opportunities!

Well supported in all areas – since 2004!
I really enjoy working at ep, one of the main reasons for this is the great support I receive. Since 2004, the company has always responded flexibly and reliably to my wishes and needs during my time here – my contacts at the Ulm branch office always make me feel welcome. At ep, the work is based on mutual trust and the working atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I also appreciate the fact that bureaucracy is kept to a minimum in decision-making processes. For me, ep is the best example of how prejudices against human resources service providers can be dispelled. I feel proud to be part of ep.

ep and me – since 2007!
I've been with ep since 2007. Even as a trainee, ep offered me a host of different development opportunities. After my apprenticeship I started out as a sales assistant in the branch office in Ulm. Since 2016 I've worked as an assistant in the area of recruiting in Augsburg. I especially appreciate the owner-managed, family character of ep. The great camaraderie, exciting tasks, company events and also the social commitment of the company have repeatedly shown me that I have the right partner at my side. It's a great experience to see a company grow and mature in this way from its roots, and to be able to make your own personal contribution.

Start your professional career with ep
For me, the most important aspects of a job are an interesting and challenging working environment, support from your employer with your personal professional development, an adequate salary and, most importantly, appreciation of your individual skill set and personal qualities. All of the above points have been fulfilled during my employment with ep so far. During the first meeting, my individual situation was specifically addressed and possible approaches discussed. This is made possible by ep's networking with many different companies and the personal commitment of ep's employees. After my familiarisation phase and one year of development work at the customer's site, I was given the opportunity to take on more responsibility in a new project. Here, too, ep provided full support, including organising the necessary training. If you're motivated and enthusiastic about your work, all doors are open. It can be difficult to find the right employer, especially at the beginning of your career. I think ep is a good choice!

"empowering people" is more than just a motto
I decided to join ep in 2017 because not only for financial reasons, but also because its staff place a large emphasis on social responsibility. ep provides an environment in which I feel comfortable and can combine my family and job commitments perfectly. Formulating your own ideas, making independent decisions and taking responsibility – these factors are encouraged at ep and help you to grow. For example, during my first 18 months at ep, I learned how to set up a new location on a "greenfield site" independently – and successfully! As a result, we now have a strong and dynamic team in Karlsruhe that enables us to advise and support our customers in the region in various technical areas.

At ep it's all about the people.
At ep I especially appreciate the focus on togetherness. In addition to a summer party in Ulm, to which each employee's whole family is also invited, the ep Christmas party takes place every winter. During the year, there are numerous opportunities to talk with other employees, for example at after-work events. In recent years we have enjoyed a trip to the Hockenheim Ring in August for a Formula Student event, that was also a great experience. During my last seven years at ep I've been able to develop personally through various projects and excellent training opportunities. When changing projects I was always given the option to choose between different customers and express my own wishes. In addition, ep always organised everything quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Thanks to this helpful approach and strong support, I will be part of this great team for a long time to come.

ep opens doors for me – in accordance with my needs.
My journey at ep began in 2015 at the Competence Centre in Stuttgart, or CC for short. I was able to supervise various customer projects there and gain experience as a design engineer. After 18 months with the company I moved to Hanau for personal reasons and unfortunately had to leave ep. By continuing to network with my colleagues I had the opportunity to continue my career at ep in January 2019. Since then, thanks to further training in technical business administration, I've been able to develop into a project manager in the Competence Centre. The focus of my family continues to be in Hanau. Due to my flexible working hours and negotiated freedoms, I have no problem reconciling my work in Stuttgart with my personal life. And my varied workload ensures I never get bored. I'm really happy that ep has allowed me to develop personally over time and that I can still be part of the company despite the physical distance involved.
