Inka Rudolf

Trainee at head office

During my training as an office management clerk at ep's head office, I get insights into all areas of the company. In each department I am assigned projects that I can work on independently, but if I have questions or problems I can always count on the support of my colleagues. What I particularly like about ep is that I am given many varied tasks which gradually become an integral part of my daily work. As a trainee you will be integrated into the ep team from the very beginning. The sense of togetherness is enhanced and developed thanks to the numerous company events.

Trainee, Ulm branch office

My training as an office management clerk at engineering people covers many multifaceted areas of activity. As a trainee you're not just a passive participant, you're also given projects with real responsibilities. In the branch office, my responsibilities include supporting the project staff, coordinating the invoicing process, organising after-works activities and generally supporting the sales team. It's not only the strong camaraderie and mutual appreciation that makes training at engineering people so special, but also the fact that, as a trainee, I'm given the necessary space to develop both professionally and personally and thus to become an individual part of the team.
