- ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Fähigkeit, internationale Teams zu motivieren
- technisches Verständnis für industrielle Prozesse sowie Kompetenz in der Lösungsentwicklung für Industriekunden
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
